摘　　要：胆囊结石、腹腔镜胆囊切除术与代谢综合征存在一定相关性。胆囊结石是常见的消化道疾病,可增加胆囊癌的发生风险,而腹腔镜胆囊切除术是胆囊结石的主要治疗方法。代谢综合征以胰岛素抵抗为特征,可增加心血管疾病的发生风险。胆囊结石、胆囊切除术与代谢综合征密切相关,可影响疾病管理策略的制订和患者的预后。因此,深入研究胆囊结石和胆囊切除术与代谢综合征的相关性,可以为疾病的治疗提供新思路,改善患者预后。There is a certain correlation of gallstone disease and laparoscopic cholecystectomy with metabolic syndrome.Gallstone is a common digestive tract disease that can increase the risk of gallbladder cancer.Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is the primary treatment for gallbladder stones.Metabolic syndrome is characterized by insulin resistance and can increase the risk of cardiovascular disease.The relationship of gallstones and cholecystectomy with metabolic syndrome is close,which can impact the development of disease management strategies and patient prognosis.Therefore,a thorough investigation into the correlation of gallstones disease and cholecystectomy with metabolic syndrome can offer new insights for the treatment and improve the prognosis.
