下肢静脉曲张患者术后深静脉血栓发生情况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:统计下肢静脉曲张患者术后深静脉血栓发生情况,分析其影响因素。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年1月于漯河市第三人民医院接受手术治疗的下肢静脉曲张患者528例作为研究对象,根据患者术后深静脉血栓发生情况分为深静脉血栓组与无深静脉血栓组。比较两组临床资料,分析下肢静脉曲张患者术后发生深静脉血栓的影响因素。结果:528例患者术后发生深静脉血栓47例,发生率为8.90%。年龄≥60岁、CEAP分级C5~C6、D-二聚体≥30μg/L是下肢静脉曲张患者术后发生深静脉血栓的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:下肢静脉曲张患者术后发生深静脉血栓的危险因素包括年龄≥60岁、CEAP分级为C5~C6、D-二聚体水平≥30μg/L,临床应根据患者实际情况给予针对性干预措施,积极预防深静脉血栓。Objective:To count the occurrence of early deep vein thrombosis of lower limb varix patients after surgery and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 528 patients with lower limb varix who underwent surgery treatment in Luohe Third People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis after surgery,the patients were divided into deep vein thrombosis group and non-deep vein thrombosis group.The clinical data of the two groups were compared.The influencing factors of deep vein thrombosis in patients with lower limb varix were analyzed.Results:Among 528 patients,47 cases developed deep vein thrombosis after surgery,with an incidence of 8.90%.Age≥60 years,CEAP grade C5-C6,and D-dimer≥30μg/L were independent risk factors for postoperative deep vein thrombosis in patients with lower limb varix(P<0.05).Conclusion:The risk factors for postoperative deep vein thrombosis in patients with lower limb varix include age≥60 years,CEAP grade C5-C6,and D-dimer level of≥30μg/L.In clinical practice,targeted intervention measures should be given according to the actual situation of the patient to actively prevent deep vein thrombosis.
