摘　　要：目的:探讨闭合复位交锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨多段骨折的临床效果。方法:选取2017年1月—2022年12月北京丰台医院收治的120例胫骨多段骨折患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采取切开复位交锁髓内钉内固定治疗,观察组采取闭合复位交锁髓内钉内固定治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组手术时间短于对照组,切口长度短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,术后下床时间、骨痂形成时间、骨折愈合时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组治疗优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:闭合复位交锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨多段骨折的临床效果较好,具有手术时间短、切口小、术中出血量少、患者术后恢复速度快等优势。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation in the treatment of multiple fractures of tibia.Methods:A total of 120 patients with multiple fractures of tibia treated in Beijing Fengtai Hospital from January 2017 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation,while the observation group was treated with closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation.The treatment effects were compared between two groups.Results:The opera-tion time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the incision length in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,postop-erative ambulation time,callus formation time,fracture healing time in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation has good clinical effects in the treatment of multiple fractures of tibia,and has advantages such as short operation time,small incision,few intraoperative blood loss and quick recovery after surgery.
