摘　　要：目的:分析风险管理在新生儿经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年1月于常德市妇幼保健院进行PICC置管治疗的82例新生儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组、研究组,各41例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组采用风险管理。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组置管时间短于对照组,家属总满意度、一次穿刺成功率高于对照组,睡眠、进食、精力、情绪反应、躯体活动评分及护理风险事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:风险管理在新生儿PICC护理中的应用效果较好,可缩短置管时间,提高一次穿刺成功率、生活质量及家属满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of risk management in neonatal peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)nursing.Methods:From January 2020 to January 2023,82 neonates who received PICC treatment in Changde Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the study group received risk management.The nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results:The catheterization time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the total satisfaction of family members and the success rate of one puncture in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the scores of sleep,eating,energy,emotional response,physical activity and the total incidence of nursing risk events in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Risk management has a better application effect in neonatal PICC nursing,and can shorten the catheterization time,increase the success rate of one puncture,the quality of life and the satisfaction of children's families.
