摘　　要：目的:分析过渡期护理干预在腹膜透析出院患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年10月—2022年10月于深圳市龙岗中心医院行腹膜透析并出院的患者60例作为研究对象,依据抽签法分为两组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施过渡期护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组疾病自我检测、规范操作、无菌观念、饮食、管道管理、药物治疗、并发症、用药、饮食、自我心理调节、控制水钠摄入、预防并发症、监测病情、生理、心理、躯体、社会生活评分以及遵医嘱率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:过渡期护理干预在腹膜透析出院患者中的应用效果较好,可提高患者认知功能、自我管理水平以及遵医嘱率,改善患者生活质量。Objective:To analyze the application effect of transitional nursing intervention in patients discharged after peritoneal dialysis.Methods:From October 2020 to October 2022,60 patients who received peritoneal dialysis in Longgang District Central Hospital of Shenzhen and discharged were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups by lottery method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the observation group implemented transitional nursing intervention on the basis of control group.The nursing effect of two groups was compared.Results:After nursing,the self-detection of diseases,standardized operation,aseptic concept,diet,canal management,drug treatment,complications,medication,diet,self-psychological adjustment,control of water and sodium intake,prevention of complications,monitoring of disease,physiological,psychological,physical and social life scores,and compliance rates in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of transitional nursing intervention in patients discharged after peritoneal dialysis is good,which can improve the cognitive function,self-management level and compliance rate of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
