经尿道B超引导下男性输尿管支架管拔除术的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道B超引导下男性输尿管支架管拔除术的应用效果。方法选取2019年8月至2021年6月在阳江市人民医院行输尿管支架管拔除术的200例男性患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组100例。对照组在硬性膀胱镜下开展输尿管支架管拔除术,观察组经尿道B超引导下行男性输尿管支架管拔除术。比较两组手术相关指标、疼痛程度及并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义。观察组疼痛程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论与传统膀胱镜下输尿管支架管拔除相比,经尿道B超引导下男性输尿管支架管拔除术费用较低,操作时间相当,可有效减轻患者的疼痛感,且未增加并发症。Objective To explore the application effect of male ureteral stent removal under the guidance of transurethral B-ultrasound.Methods A total of 200 male patients undergoing ureteral stent extraction in Yangjiang People's Hospital from August 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group underwent ureteral stent extraction under rigid cystoscope,and the observation group underwent ureteral stent extraction under the guidance of urethral B-ultrasound.The operation related indexes,pain degree and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation cost in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and there was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups.The severity of pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in complication rate between the two groups.Conclusion Compared with traditional cystoscopy,male ureteral stent removal under the guidance of transurethral B-ultrasound has lower cost and equivalent operation time,which can effectively reduce the pain of patients without increasing complications.
