摘　　要：目的:探讨高分辨率CT (HRCT)诊断中小型肺磨玻璃密度结节的作用及准确率。方法:选取德宏州人民医院2022年3月—2023年6月收治的68例肺磨玻璃密度结节患者为研究对象,进行常规CT扫描与HRCT扫描。比较两种诊断方式下,检出结节的个数、直径、边缘、胸膜凹陷征、空气支气管征、空泡征、血管扩张征、血管集束征,通过图像特征比较两种诊断方式的诊断效能。结果:结节直径检出结果HRCT大于常规CT,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。纯磨玻璃结节(pGGN)所占比例较低,混合磨玻璃结节(mGGN)所占比例较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两种诊断方式下的诊断效能,HRCT诊断方式诊断信心和病理符合率高于常规CT诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HRCT诊断效能较高,在临床诊疗、随访中具备较高的诊断价值。Objective To investigate the role and accuracy of high resolution CT(HRCT) in the diagnosis of small and mediumsized pulmonary ground-glass density nodules.Methods 68 patients with pulmonary ground-glass density nodules in Dehong People's Hospital from March 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and routine CT scan and HRCT scan were performed.We compared the number,diameter,edge,pleural indentation sign,air bronchogram sign,vacuole sign,vascular dilation sign,and vascular bundle sign of detected nodules under two diagnostic methods,and compared the diagnostic efficacy of the two diagnostic methods through image features.Results The nodule diameter detection results of HRCT were higher than those of conventional CT,the difference was significant(P <0.05).The proportion of pure ground-glass nodule(pGGN) was lower,and the proportion of mixed ground-glass nodule(mGGN)type nodules was higher,and the difference was significant(P <0.05).Compared the diagnostic efficiency of the two diagnostic methods,the HRCT diagnostic method was higher than the conventional CT diagnosis,and the difference was significant(P <0.05).Conclusion HRCT has high diagnostic efficacy and has high diagnostic value in clinical diagnosis,treatment and follow-up.
