便秘型肠易激综合征的中医诊疗

摘　　要：便秘型肠易激综合征是临床上一种常见的肠道功能紊乱性疾病,传统的治疗方法中往往缺少令人满意的治疗手段,调查显示其发病率逐年上升,给患者的生活带来不同程度的影响,便秘型肠易激综合征的病理生理机制尚未十分确切,目前对所有症状均能改善的药物和方法尚未被研究出来,主要的治疗方法为对症治疗。本文总结了近年来中医对IBS-C病因病机的认识以及有效的治疗方法,为进一步研究高效方法提供参考,使更多患者受益。Constipation-type irritable bowel syndrome is a common clinical disorder of bowel function,traditional treatments often lack satisfactory treatments,surveys have shown that its incidence is increasing year by year.It has varying degrees of impact on the lives of patients,the pathophysiology of constipation-type irritable bowel syndrome is not well established,drugs and methods that improve all symptoms have not been studied,drugs and methods that improve all symptoms have not been studied,the mainstay of treatment is symptomatic.This article summarizes the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of IBS-C and effective treatment methods in recent years by traditional Chinese medicine,provide a reference for further research on efficient methods,benefit more patients.
