摘　　要：目的探讨蜡疗联合三色膏外敷治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床疗效。方法选取舟山市中医院2022年1—12月确诊为急性踝关节扭伤的患者60例,通过数字表法分为2组,各30例。对照组仅接受三色膏外敷治疗,24 h内加用冷敷;观察组则在对照组治疗方案的基础上,于扭伤24 h后给予患者蜡疗,2组均以7 d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。治疗结束后评价临床疗效,比较治疗前后2组疼痛数字模拟评分法(numerical rating scale,NRS评分)、肿胀度评分、踝关节评分(Kofoed)评分改善情况。结果观察组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前NRS评分、肿胀度评分、Kofoed评分组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1、2周,观察组具有明显更低的NRS评分及肿胀度评分,具有更高的Kofoed评分,2组治疗后不同时间各项指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蜡疗联合三色膏外敷治疗急性踝关节扭伤的疗效确切,可快速、有效地改善患者患部疼痛、肿胀程度,促进踝关节功能的恢复。Objective To explore the clinical effect of wax therapy combined with trichpaste in the treatment of acute ankle sprain.Methods A total of 60 object selection for Zhoushan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between January to December 2022 diagnosed with acute ankle sprain patients with 60 cases,which were divided into two groups using the number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group only received external application of tricolor cream,and cold compress was added within 24 hours.On the basis of the control group's treatment plan,the observation group received wax therapy for patients 24 hours after sprain.Both groups received a 7 days treatment plan as one course of treatment,with two consecutive courses of treatment.Clinical efficacy after treatment and compare the improvement of pain numerical rating scale(NRS score),swelling score,and ankle joint score(Kofoed)between the two groups before and after treatment were evaluated.Results The total effective rates of the observation group was 96.67%,higher than the control group's of 76.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the NRS score,swelling score,and Kofoed score between groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 1 and 2 weeks of treatment,the observation group had significantly lower NRS scores and swelling scores,as well as higher Kofoed scores.The differences in various indicators between the two groups at different times after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of wax therapy combined with tricolor paste in the treatment of acute ankle sprain is accurate,which can quickly and effectively improve the pain and swelling of patients,and promote the recovery of ankle joint function.
