摘 要:为探究季节动态对3种绣线菊的根系形态性状的影响,以金焰绣线菊、金山绣线菊和珍珠绣线菊为试验材料,分别在春季、夏季和秋季取其根系,测定3种绣线菊不同根序的直径、比根长、组织密度、比表面积和分支比等形态性状,结果表明:3种绣线菊直径的变化趋势为夏季>秋季>春季,比表面积的变化趋势为秋季>夏季>春季,比根长、组织密度和分支比的变化趋势不一致,体现了植物根系形态性状对不同季节环境的适应性差异。In order to explore the effects of seasonal dynamics on the root morphological traits of three species of Spiraea salicifolia,Spiraea×bumalda cv.Gold Flame,SB,Spiraea japonica Gold Mound,SJ and Spiraea thunbergii Bl.,ST were used as experimental materials.Their roots were collected in spring,summer and autumn,and the diameter,specific root length,tissue density,specific surface area and branching ratio of different root orders of three species of Spiraea salicifolia were measured.The results showed that the variation trend of the diameter of the three species of Spiraea salicifolia was summer>autumn>spring,and the variation trend of the specific surface area was autumn>summer>spring.The variation trends of specific root length,tissue density and branching ratio were inconsistent,which reflected the adaptability differences of plant root morphological traits to different seasonal environments.
