摘  要:渤海油田是我国海上重要能源基地,调整井钻井作业是渤海油田增储上产的有效手段与关键支撑,而高效利用槽口资源是实现调整井钻井降本增效的重要途径。针对老油田低产低效井增加、槽口资源日益稀缺的问题,通过分析渤海油田成熟的侧钻工艺技术,开展槽口置换技术研究,形成了槽口置换的流程与方法。现场实施结果表明,该技术可有效降低钻井作业难度及费用,预留出的空槽口以备后续油田调整井需要,为渤海油田高效利用槽口资源提供了新的思路与指导方法。Bohai Oilfield is an important offshore energy base in China,and adjustment well drilling opera?tions are an effective means and key support for increasing storage and production in Bohai Oilfield.Efficient utilization of slot resources is an important way to achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase in adjustment well drilling.In response to the increasing number of low production and low efficiency wells in Bohai Oilfield and the increasing scarcity of slot resources,the process and method of slot replacement have been developed by analyzing the mature sidetracking technology in Bohai Oilfield and conducting analyzation slot replacement technology.The on-site implementation results indicated that this technology could effectively reduce the diffi?culty and cost of drilling operations,and the reserved empty slots could be used as the needs for subsequent oilfield adjustment wells,providing new ideas and guidance methods for efficient utilization of slots in Bohai Oilfield.
