摘  要:高含硫天然气净化装置在检修前需清洗因腐蚀产生的FeS以及H_(2)S、SO_(2)等有毒有害气体。针对现有清洗剂清洗效果有限、废液中含有锰铬等重金属离子以及成本较高等问题,以FeS转化率与H_(2)S吸收率为评价指标,研究建立了以氧化剂F、过硫酸钠、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸、Na_(2)SO_(4)与分散助剂D为主要成分的高含硫天然气净化装置化学清洗体系。该清洗体系的FeS转化率为85.86%,H_(2)S吸收率为95.4%。现场应用表明,该清洗体系清洗效果良好,废液中总磷含量仅0.24 mg/L,无锰铬等重金属离子,且成本节约40%以上。The ferrous sulfide,hydrogen sulfide,sulfur dioxide and other toxic and harmful gases produced by corrosion should be cleaned before maintenance of high sulfur natural gas purification unit.Aiming at the problem such as limited cleaning effect,heavy metal ions and high cost such as manganese and chromium in the waste liquid,the chemical cleaning system of high sulfur natural gas purification unit with oxidant F,sodium persulfate,ethylene diamine tetramethylene phosphoric acid,sodium sulfate and dispersant agent D as the main components was studied and formed through the evaluation methods of ferrous sulfide conversion absorption.The conversion rate of ferrous sulfide was 85.86%,and the absorption rate of hydrogen sulfide was 95.4%.Field applicatin showed that the cleaning system had good cleaning effect,the total phosphorus content in thd waste liquid was 0.24 mg/L,and there was no heavy metal ions such as manganese and chrimium,and the cost was saved by more than 40%.
