摘 要:通过溴加成法、莫尔法和碘量法确定了丙烯磺酸钠产品中丙烯磺酸钠、氯化物和亚硫酸盐质量分数的测定方法。为了考察相关测定方法和试验条件等对待测丙烯磺酸钠产品中丙烯磺酸钠、氯化物、亚硫酸盐测定结果的影响,在丙烯磺酸钠待测溶液中加入相应的标准溶液,结果发现:丙烯磺酸钠的加标回收率为98.5%~101.6%、氯化物的加标回收率为97.3%~100.6%、亚硫酸盐加标回收率为98.0%~101.0%;对同一试样进行8组测定后发现,平行测定丙烯磺酸钠质量分数最大允许差不大于0.40%、氯化物不大于0.05%、亚硫酸盐不大于0.03%。所选方法灵敏度高、结果准确,具有良好的准确度和精密度,是测定丙烯磺酸钠产品中主要成分的有效方法。The key components of sodium allylsulfonate were determined through bromine addition method,Mohr method,iodometry.Analytical method and test condition are determined.After standard solution were added,results show that the sodium allysulfonate recovery rate was between 98.5% and 101.6%,chloride recovery rate was between 97.3% and 100.6%,sulfites recovery rate was between 98.0% and 101.0%,sodium allysulfonate maximum permissible errors was 0.40%,chloride maximum permissible errors was 0.05%,sulfites maximum permissible errors was 0.03% through testing eight groups for a sample a time.The methods have high sensitivity and accuracy.It is a effective method to determine sodium allylsulfonate content for industrial product use.
