摘 要:目的 了解妇产科护士心理灵活性、职业倦怠和心理健康状况,分析心理灵活性在职业倦怠和心理健康之间的中介作用。方法 采用简单随机抽样法,于2023年1—2月抽取武汉市5家综合医院178名妇产科护士作为调查对象,采用一般情况量表、心理灵活性量表、职业倦怠量表和症状自评量表(symptom checklist 90,SCL-90)进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 妇产科护士心理灵活性得分为(32.28±5.19)分,职业倦怠得分为(59.34±8.15)分,SCL-90得分为(189.13±42.54)分;妇产科护士心理灵活性得分在年龄、工作年限、职称和月收入方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);职业倦怠得分在年龄、工作年限、职称、婚姻状况、月收入和每个月夜班数方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);SCL-90得分在工作年限、职称、月收入和每个月夜班数方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);心理灵活性与职业倦怠、SCL-90呈负相关(r=-0.584、-0.628,均P<0.01),职业倦怠与SCL-90呈正相关(r=0.607,P<0.01);妇产科护士心理灵活性在职业倦怠和心理健康之间起部分中介作用,中介效应为-0.229,占总效应的41.49%。结论 武汉市5家综合医院妇产科护士心理灵活性在职业倦怠和心理健康之间的起部分中介作用,护理管理者可通过提高心理灵活性水平,改善护士心理健康状况。Objective To understand the psychological flexibility,job burnout and mental health of obstetrics and gynecology nurses,explore the intermediary role of psychological flexibility between job burnout and mental health.Methods A simple random sampling method was used to select 178 obstetrics and gynecology nurses from five general hospitals in Wuhan City from January to February 2023 as the subjects of investigation.The general situation scale,psychological flexibility scale,job burnout scale and symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)were used in survey,and the data were analyzed.Results The score of psychological flexibility of obstetrics and gynecology nurses was(32.28±5.19)points,the score of job burnout was(59.34±8.15)points,and the score of SCL-90 was(189.13±42.54)points.The differences in the scores of psychological flexibility among gynecological and obstetric nurses with different age,working years,professional title and monthly income were significantly different(all P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the job burnout scores among gynecological and obstetric nurses with different age,working years,professional title,marital status,monthly income and the number of night shifts per month(all P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the SCL-90 scores among gynecological and obstetric nurses with different working years,professional titles,monthly income and number of night shifts per month(all P<0.05).The psychological flexibility was negatively correlated with job burnout and SCL-90(r=-0.584,-0.628,both P<0.01),and job burnout was positively correlated with SCL-90(r=0.607,P<0.01).The psychological flexibility of obstetrics and gynecology nurses played a partial intermediary role between job burnout and mental health,and the intermediary effect was-0.229,accounting for 41.49%of the total effect.Conclusion The psychological flexibility of gynecology and obstetrics nurses from five general hospitals in Wuhan City plays a partial intermediary role between job burnout and menta
