摘 要:目的探究结构化健康护理教育在脆性糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法研究样本选取我院2022年1月至2022年12月期间收入84例脆性糖尿病患者,基于随机法,分为对照组(n=42,常规健康教育),观察组(n=42,结构化健康护理教育),比较两组脆性糖尿病患者血糖各项指标水平、自我效能、依从性评分及护理满意度。结果健康宣教前,两组各项血糖指标对比P>0.05,健康宣教后,观察组各项血糖指标低于对照组(P<0.05);健康宣教前,两组自我效能水平对比P>0.05,健康宣教后,观察组自我效能水平(营养及饮食、血糖及足部监测、运动及体重、药物及治疗)高于对照组(P<0.05);健康宣教前两组Morisky评分对比P>0.05,健康宣教后,观察组Morisky评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为97.62%,高于对照组(85.71%),P<0.05。结论结构化健康护理教育应用于脆性糖尿病患者中能有效控制患者血糖水平,提高患者自我效能,且患者整体依从性高,满意度高。Objective To study the applied effects of structured nursing health education in brittle diabetes patients.Methods Eighty-four brittle diabetes patients treated from January 2022 to December 2022 in our hospital were chosen as research subjects.According to random number table,patients were assigned to control group(n=42)and observation group(n=42).The routine health education was performed in the control group;the structured nursing health education was performed in the observation group.The blood glucose,self-efficacy,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results Before education,the blood glucose levels between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after education,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the observation group were lower than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);before education,the self-efficacy scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after education,the nutritional diet,physical exercise,body weight,blood glucose,foot monitoring and drug medication scores in the observation group were higher than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);before education,Morisky scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after education,Morisky scores in the observation group were higher than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction in the observation group(97.62%)was higher than control group(85.71%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions The structured nursing health education can effectively control the blood glucose,improve the self-efficacy,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction for brittle diabetes patients.
