正性暗示语言护理干预对创伤性伤口患者换药疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的探究正性暗示语言护理干预对创伤性伤口患者换药疼痛的影响。方法选择2022年9月至2023年6月在卫生院外科门诊接诊有换药需求的68例创伤性伤口患者为研究对象,随机将其分成对照组与观察组,每组34例。在换药期间,对照组采用常规外科护理,观察组在此基础上采用正性暗示语言护理,比较两组换药时恐惧情绪、疼痛程度、换药依从性及对护理工作的满意度。结果换药前,两组疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。换药时,观察组疼痛VAS分值低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组换药过程中出现恐惧情绪低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组换药依从性以及护理满意度分值优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在创伤性伤口患者换药时实施正性暗示语言护理干预能够显著减轻患者换药恐惧感和疼痛感,提高护理满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of positive suggestion language intervention on dressing pain in patients with traumatic wounds.Methods Selected 68 traumatic wound patients from September 2022 to June 2023 from the surgical outpatient clinic were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.During the dressing change period,the control group used routine surgical care,and the observation group used positive suggestive language care on this basis to compare the fear mood,pain degree,dressing change compliance,and satisfaction with nursing work between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two pain scores(P>0.05).During dressing change,the pain VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group showed lower levels of fear during dressing change compared to the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had better scores for dressing change compliance and nursing satisfaction than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Implementing positive suggestive language intervention during dressing change in patients with traumatic wounds can significantly reduce their fear and pain of dressing change,and improve nursing satisfaction.
