摘　　要：目的探究心理护理干预对支气管扩张伴咯血患者的影响。方法选择福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院2022年2月至2023年2月的支气管扩张伴咯血患者共100例为观察对象,按照不同干预对策细分为观察组(常规护理基础上联合心理护理)、对照组(常规护理),两组各50例。比较分析两组心理状态和生活质量评分、护理满意度。结果经对比分析两组焦虑、抑郁评分,护理前无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),评分值均<0.001;两组生活质量评分比较,护理前无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总满意率高于对照组,χ^(2)=13.279,P<0.001。结论对于支气管扩张伴咯血患者实施心理护理,有助于改善患者生活质量,降低不良心理的,提升患者对护理满意度,适合在临床中推广和应用。Objective To explore the impact of psychological nursing intervention on patients with bronchiectasis and hemoptysis.Methods A total of 100 patients with bronchiectasis and hemoptysis from Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as observation subjects.According to different intervention strategies,they were divided into an observation group(combined with psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing)and a control group(conventional nursing),with 50 cases in each group.Compare and analyze psychological status,quality of life scores,and nursing satisfaction.Results After comparative analysis of anxiety and depression scores between the two groups,there was no statistically significant difference before nursing(P>0.05).The observation group was lower than the control group after nursing,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and the scores were all<0.001;By comparing the quality of life scores,there was no statistically significant difference before nursing(P>0.05),while the observation group after nursing was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The overall satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,withχ^(2)=13.279 and P<0.001,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Implementing psychological care for patients with bronchiectasis and hemoptysis can improve their quality of life,reduce negative psychological symptoms,and enhance their satisfaction with nursing.It is suitable for promotion and application in clinical practice.
