浅析我国卫生政策对眼科日间手术推进过程的影响及具体实践

摘　　要：随着国家医药卫生体制改革进入公立医院高质量发展新阶段,面对患者日益增长的就诊需求,医院规模化推行日间手术迫在眉睫。文章对我国日间手术相关的医政管理与医疗保障政策及影响进行了梳理,并以眼科专科医疗机构通过预住院模式规模化推行日间手术实例说明如何使用管理学工具突破日间手术推动过程瓶颈,并阐述日间手术规模化开展对医患双方的正面作用。With the reform of the national medical and health system entering a new stage of high-quality development of public hospitals,the large-scale implementation of day surgery in hospitals is imminent in the face of increasing patient demand.In this paper,the medical administration management and medical insurance policies related to day surgery in China and their impacts were sorted out,and the example of large-scale implementation of day surgery by a specialized ophthalmic medical institution through pre-hospitalization mode was used to illustrate how to use management tools to break through the bottleneck in the promotion process of day surgery,and the positive effect of large-scale development of day surgery on both doctors and patients was expounded.
