摘　　要：文章介绍了某大型综合医院临床科室医疗质量考核评价指标体系的构建和使用情况,具体阐述了指标体系的构成、分值设置及评分方法,总结了考评体系的特点及运用实践,并提出了下一步的设想和改进思路,以期为同行医院提供参考。This paper introduces the construction and application of the medical quality evaluation indicator system in clinical departments of a large general hospital.It describes the indicator system's constitution and score setting,summarize the characteristics and application practice of the assessment system,and proposes some ideas for the following improvement,which in order to provide some reference for other hospitals.
