抗感颗粒联合磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗儿童乙型流行性感冒的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察抗感颗粒联合磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗儿童乙型流行性感冒(流感)的临床疗效。方法 130例儿童乙型流感患儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各65例。治疗组口服抗感颗粒联合磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗,对照组口服磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗。比较两组患儿治疗效果、退热时间、头痛消失时间、肌肉酸痛乏力消失时间及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗组退热时间(38.00±8.26)h、头痛消失时间(24.00±5.52)h、肌肉酸痛乏力消失时间(34.00±3.76)h均短于对照组的(46.00±7.32)、(34.00±10.24)、(50.00±7.29)h,比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率92.31%显著高于对照组的78.46%,比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组均无明显药物不良反应发生。结论 抗感颗粒联合磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗儿童乙型流感疗效良好,可缩短临床症状缓解时间,值得临床推广使用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Kanggan granule combined with oseltamivir phosphate granule in the treatment of influenza B in children.Methods 130 children with influenza B were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 65 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Kanggan granules combined with oseltamivir phosphate granules,and the control group was treated with oseltamivir phosphate granules.The therapeutic effect,fever reduction time,headache disappearance time,disappearance time of muscle soreness and fatigue and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results In the treatment group,the fever reduction time was(38.00±8.26)h,the headache disappearance time was(24.00±5.52)h and the disappearance time of muscle soreness was(34.00±3.76)h,which were shorter than(46.00±7.32),(34.00±10.24)and(50.00±7.29)h in the control group.There was significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 92.31%in the treatment group was significantly higher than 78.46%in the control group,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).No obvious adverse drug reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Kanggan granule combined with oseltamivir phosphate granule has good curative effect in the treatment of influenza B in children,which can shorten the relief time of clinical symptoms,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
