摘　　要：目的探究内镜下痔上直肠黏膜套扎术(SHB)治疗内痔的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2019年11月至2021年3月于景德镇市第三人民医院行内镜下套扎治疗的88例Ⅰ~Ⅲ级伴出血和/或脱垂症状内痔患者的临床资料,根据套扎位置不同分为内镜下痔核套扎术(ERBL)组(n=47)和SHB组(n=41)。ERBL组行ERBL治疗,SHB组行SHB治疗,比较两组临床疗效、复发率及术后并发症发生率。结果两组治疗有效率和复发率比较差异无统计学意义。SHB组坠胀感、疼痛发生率均低于ERBL组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组出血、尿潴留发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论内痔内镜下套扎术是一种可行、安全、有效的方法,SHB与ERBL疗效相当,但SHB术后并发症发生率更低,患者舒适度更高,更易接受。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of super-hemorrhoidal banding(SHB)in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids.Methods The clinical data of 88 patients with gradeⅠ-Ⅲinternal hemorrhoids with bleeding and/or prolapse who underwent endoscopic ligation in the Third People's Hospital of Jingdezhen from November 2019 to March 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into the endoscopic rubber band ligation of hemorrhoids(ERBL)group(n=47)and the SHB group(n=41)according to the different ligation positions,.The ERBL group was treated with ERBL,and the SHB group was treated with SHB,the clinical efficacy,recurrence rate and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the effective rate and recurrence rate between the two groups.The incidence of swelling and pain in the SHB group was lower than that in the ERBL group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of bleeding and urinary retention between the two groups.Conclusion Endoscopic ligation is the feasible,safe and effective method.SHB has the same efficacy as ERBL,but SHB has lower incidence of postoperative complications,higher patient comfort and easier acceptance.
