独活寄生汤联合电针治疗膝关节骨性关节病的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨独活寄生汤联合电针治疗膝关节骨性关节病的临床疗效。方法选取2020年6月至2023年6月宜春市中医院收治的94例膝关节骨性关节病患者作为研究对象,通过随机抽签法分为参照组与研究组,各47例。参照组采用常规西医治疗,研究组采用独活寄生汤联合电针治疗,比较两组治疗前后疼痛症状、膝关节功能改善情况及临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,研究组VAS评分明显低于参照组,Lysholm评分明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为95.74%,明显高于参照组的78.72%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论独活寄生汤配合电针治疗膝关节骨性关节病的疗效确切,有利于改善患者疼痛症状,促进膝关节功能恢复,提升临床疗效,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze and explore the clinical efficacy of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods 94 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into the reference group and the study group by random lottery method,with 47 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with electroacupuncture.The pain symptoms,knee joint function improvement,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,and the Lysholm score was significantly higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.74%,which was significantly higher than 78.72%in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with electroacupuncture is effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.It is beneficial to improve the pain symptoms of patients,promote the recovery of knee joint function,improve the clinical efficacy,and has high safety,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
