摘　　要：目的探究曼月乐环对子宫内膜息肉的治疗效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年9月莆田涵江医院收治的78例子宫内膜息肉患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组39例。对照组使用单一宫腔镜息肉电切术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用曼月乐环放置治疗法,比较两组不同时间点子宫内膜厚度、不良反应发生情况及复发率。结果术后24周,观察组子宫内膜厚度薄于术前、术后3、12周,且术后3、12周均薄于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后12、24周,观察组子宫内膜厚度薄于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为5.13%,低于对照组的20.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后2年,观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜息肉电切术联合曼月乐环放置治疗法治疗子宫内膜息肉,有助于降低患者子宫内膜厚度,不良反应的发生率及复发率明显下降,疼痛感明显缓解。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Mirena ring on endometrial polyps.Methods 78 patients with endometrial polyps admitted to Putian Hanjiang Hospital from January 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with single hysteroscopic resection,and the observation group was treated with Mirena ring placement on the basis of the control group.The endometrial thickness,adverse reactions and recurrence rate at different time points were compared between the two groups.Results At 24 weeks after operation,the endometrial thickness in the observation group was thinner than that before operation,3 and 12 weeks after operation,and 3 and 12 weeks after operation were thinner than those before operation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 12 and 24 weeks after operation,the endometrial thickness of the observation group was thinner than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.13%,which was lower than 20.51%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 2 years after operation,the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic polypectomy combined with Mirena ring placement therapy in the treatment of endometrial polyps can help reduce the endometrial thickness of patients,significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rates,and significantly relieve pain.
