摘　　要：目的探讨淋巴细胞免疫治疗次数对复发性流产患者的疗效。方法选取2018年3月至2020年3月临沂市中心医院进行淋巴细胞免疫治疗的80例复发性流产患者作为研究对象,按照免疫治疗次数分为甲组(n=18例,2次及以下)、乙组(n=33例,3~4次)与丙组(n=29例,5次及以上)。比较3组封闭抗体转阳率、转阳再次妊娠成功率,统计3组不良反应例数。结果3组封闭抗体转阳率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);丙组封闭抗体转阳率高于乙、甲组,乙组高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组转阳再次妊娠成功率比较差异无统计学意义。3组治疗结束后均未出现严重不良反应。结论随着淋巴细胞免疫治疗的次数越多,患者封闭抗体转阳率越高。Objective To explore the efficacy of lymphocyte immunotherapy times on patients with recurrent abortion.Methods 80 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion who underwent lymphocyte immunotherapy in Linyi Central Hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the group A(n=18 cases,2 times and below),the group B(n=33 cases,3-4 times)and the group C(n=29 cases,5 times and above)according to the number of immunotherapy.The positive rate of blocking antibody and the success rate of re-pregnancy were compared among the three groups,and the number of adverse reactions in the three groups was counted.Results There was significant difference in the positive rate of blocking antibody among the three groups(P<0.05);the positive rate of blocking antibody in the group C was higher than that in the group B and group A,and that in the group B was higher than that in the group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the success rate of re-pregnancy among the three groups.No serious adverse reactions occurred in the three groups after treatment.Conclusion The more times of lymphocyte immunotherapy,the higher the positive rate of blocking antibody.
