摘　　要：慢性神经退行性疾病是一类以神经元退行性变和死亡为主要特征的疾病,病程长,预后较差,缺乏有效治疗方法。间充质干细胞源性外泌体作为一种新型细胞外囊泡结构体,具有促进神经元再生与修复、抗炎、免疫调节、促进细胞存活、减少细胞凋亡等作用,在慢性神经退行性疾病的治疗中具有潜在价值。本文就间充质干细胞源性外泌体在慢性神经退行性疾病治疗中的研究进展作一综述。Chronic neurodegenerative diseases(CND)are characterized by the progressive degeneration and eventual death of neurons,with a long course and a poor prognosis,and it lacks effective treatments.As a novel type of extracellular vesicle structure,mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes(MSC-Exo)play an important role in promoting neuronal regeneration and repair,regulating anti-inflammation and immune responses,promoting cell survival,and reducing apoptosis,and they show a great potential in the treatment of CND.This paper reviews the research progress of MSC-Exo in the treatment of CND.
