摘　　要：2024年1月(2024年1月1日00:00至1月31日24:00),除新型冠状病毒感染外,全国(不含香港、澳门特别行政区和中国台湾省,下同)共报告法定传染病3427657例,死亡2198人。其中,甲类传染病未报告发病、死亡病例。乙类传染病中传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、人感染高致病性禽流感、白喉和人感染H7N9禽流感无发病、死亡报告,除新型冠状病毒感染外,其余22种乙类传染病共报告发病317479例,较上月(284688例)上升12%,较去年同期(184750例)上升72%。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、百日咳和淋病,占乙类传染病报告病例总数的95%。报告死亡2195例,较上月(2932例)下降25%(737例),较去年同期(2158例)上升2%(37例)。In January 2024(from 00:00,1 January to 24:00,31 January),except COVID-19,a total of 3427657 cases of notifiable communicable diseases,including 2198 deaths,were reported in China(except Hong Kong,Macao Special Administrative Regions and Taiwan region,the same below).In communicable diseases in class A,no cases and no deaths were reported.In communicable diseases in class B,no cases and no deaths of severe acute respiratory syndrome,poliomyelitis,human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza virus,diphtheria and human infection with avian influenza A(H7N9)virus were reported.For the remaining 22 communicable diseases in class B,except COVID-19,a total of 317479 cases were reported,an increase of 12%compared with last month(284688 cases)and an increase of 72%compared with the same period in 2023(184750 cases).The first 5 diseases in terms of reported case count were viral hepatitis,pulmonary tuberculosis,syphilis,pertussis and gonorrhea and,accounting for 95%of the total reported cases in class B.A total of 2195 deaths were reported,a decrease of 25%(737 deaths)compared with last month(2932 deaths)and an increase of 2%(37 deaths)compared with the same period in 2023(2158 deaths).
