摘  要:激光直接沉积增材制造技术已应用于航空航天、机械和电力领域的框架、横梁及特殊结构部件。增材制造工艺不同于传统制造工艺,增材制造钛合金容易出现气孔、未熔合孔洞、层间未熔合和裂纹等缺陷。本文采用超声水浸C扫描、双晶探头接触法和超声相控阵全聚焦法等超声检测方法,对增材制造钛合金内部的未熔合孔洞和层间未熔合缺陷进行了研究和探讨。为有效控制增材制造钛合金产品的内部质量提供技术支持。Laser direct metal deposition technique has been applied to frames,beams,and special structural components in the fields of aerospace,machinery,and power.The additive manufacturing process is different from traditional manufacturing processes,and is prone to defects such as pores,incomplete fusion holes,interlayer incomplete fusion,and cracks.This article adopts ultrasonic testing methods,including ultrasonic water immersion C-scan,dual crystal probe contact and the ultrasonic phased array total focus method is used to study and discuss the incomplete fusion hole and incomplete fusion defects inside titanium alloys produced by Laser direct metal deposition.Provide technical support to effectively control the internal quality of Laser direct metal deposition titanium alloy products.
