摘　　要：随着国家经济的发展,医疗卫生条件日益改善,医疗水平也不断攀升,大型医院则成为我国医疗卫生体系中不可或缺的一环。对于大型医院而言,合理的供配电系统设计至关重要,它不仅能够保证医院的正常运营,还能够为患者提供优质的医疗服务。文章结合某大型医院的供配电设计实践,从负荷分级及计算、供电电源、变配电所设置、保护措施、应急电源系统等方面深入探讨了大型医院建筑供配电系统设计,提出实际应用中需要思考和解决的问题,为医疗建筑供配电系统设计提供可行性参考和建议。With the development of economy,the medical and health conditions are improving day by day,the medical level is also rising,and large hospitals have become an indispensable part of China's medical and health system.For large hospitals,the design of a reasonable power supply and distribution system is crucial,which can not only ensure the normal operation of the hospital,but also provide high-quality medical services to patients.Combined with the power supply and distribution design practice of a large hospital,the design of power supply and distribution system of large hospital buildings is deeply dischssed from the aspects of stage load and calculation,power supply,substation setting,protection measures,emergency power supply system,etc.,and the problems that need to be considered and solved in practical application are proposed.To provide feasible references and suggestions for the design of power supply and distribution systems in medical buildings.
