广元市旺苍县药用植物资源调查及多样性研究

摘　　要：目的:根据第四次全国中药资源普查要求,调查广元市旺苍县药用植物资源现状,为旺苍县中药产业发展和中药资源保护提供理论基础。方法:主要采用样地调查及标本采集等方法,对区域内药用植物资源进行统计和分析。结果:本次普查共涉及到药用植物137科416属611种(包括亚种、变种),大多数为世界广泛分布的植物科,如菊科、豆科、蔷薇科等。生活型以多年生草本和灌木居多。重点调查的中药品种共有93种,均为2020年版中国药典收载的品种,其中46种属于旺苍县道地中药材,17种属于国家重点保护植物。结论:旺苍县野生药用植物资源丰富,温带分布类型占主要优势,表现出热带向温带过渡的性质。该结果可为地方政府制定药用植物资源保护和开发策略提供参考依据。Objective:To investigate medicinal plant resources in Guangyuan Wangcang county through the requirements of the fourth national survey of TCM resources,so as to provide theoretical basis for the development of TCM industry and the protection of TCM resources in Wangcang county.Methods:The methods of sample survey and specimen collection were used to make statistics and analysis of medicinal plant resources in the region.Results:A total of 611 species(including subspecies and varieties)of 416 genera and 137 families of medicinal plants were involved in this survey,most of which were widely distributed in the world,such as Composi-tae,Legumes,Rosaceae,etc.The life type was mostly perennial herbs and shrubs.A total of 93 varieties of traditional Chinese medicine were investigated,all of which were listed in the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,among which 46 belonged to the authentic tra-ditional Chinese medicinal materials in Wangcang county and 17 belonged to the state key protection plants.Conclusion:The wild me-dicinal plant resources in Wangcang county are rich,and the temperate distribution type is the main advantage,showing the nature of transition from tropical to temperate.The results can provide reference for local governments to develop strategies for the protection and development of medicinal plant resources.
