摘 要:目的:比较紫花肾茶与白花肾茶形态和质量差异,为肾茶药材标准制定与资源综合利用提供理论依据。方法:利用原植物鉴定、性状鉴定、显微鉴定等方法观察和比较二者的形态特征;采用比色法分别测定二者总酚酸含量及总黄酮含量;应用HPLC法测定二者咖啡酸、迷迭香酸和泽兰黄素含量。结果:与白花肾茶相比,紫花肾茶植株较矮小、叶片较小;花萼的长度与宽度均明显大于白花肾茶。显微特征中也在非腺毛、花粉粒及叶表皮气孔等特征存在差异。紫花肾茶总酚酸、总黄酮、泽兰黄素的含量均高于白花肾茶,二者咖啡酸、迷迭香酸的含量相当。结论:建议在药材标准制定时将紫花肾茶和白花肾茶单列,以保障其药用资源更为科学合理的开发利用。Objective:To compare the differences of morphological characteristics and quality between Clerodendranthus spicatus with purple corollas and white corollas,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the the quality standard establishment and comprehensive utilization of resources.Methods:The morphological characteristics of the two species were observed and compared by means of original plant identification,character identification and microscopic identification.Colorimetric method was used to determine the contents of total phenolic acid and total flavonoids.The contents of caffeic acid,rosmarinic acid and xeranthine were determined by HPLC.Results:Compared with Clerodendranthus spicatus with white corollas,Clerodendranthus spicatus with purple corollas had shorter plants and smaller leaves.The length and width of calyx were obviously larger than that of Clerodendranthus spicatus with white corollas.There were also differences in the microscopic features of non-glandular hairs,pollen grains and leaf epidermal stomata.The contents of total phenolic acid,total flavone and xeranthine in Clerodendranthus spicatus with purple corollas were higher than those in Clerodendranthus spicatus with white corollas,while the contents of caffeic acid,rosmarinic acid in the two species were similar.Conclusion:It is suggested that Clerodendranthus spicatus with purple corollas and white corollas should be listed separately in the formulation of the standard of medicinal materials in order to ensure the scientific and rational development and utilization of its medicinal resources.
