摘 要:为优化普朗铜矿地下采矿爆破参数,采用集对分析的理论与模型,以线性相关度较低,工程中较易获取的岩体密度、抗拉强度、抗压强度、岩体完整性系数为衡量指标,对该矿区东部、西部、南部所属岩体进行岩体可爆性分级。首先计算各岩体试样的单因素联系度,并采取层次分析法确定每个衡量条件下的指标权系数,最终得到一个基于这4项指标的综合表达式进而确定岩体的可爆性等级。研究结果表明,西部区域岩体可爆性属于较难,东部区域和南部区域岩体的可爆性属于较易。在可爆性分级的基础上,对东部、南部、西部岩体进行了炸药单耗的预测,为爆破参数的选取提供一定的指导。To optimize the blasting parameters for underground mining in Pulang Copper Mine,the theory and model of set pair analysis were adopted.The rock mass density,tensile strength,compressive strength,and rock integrity coefficient,which had low linear correlation and can be easily obtained in engineering,were used as measurement indexes to classify the rock mass blastability of the eastern,western,and southern parts of the mining area.Firstly,the single factor correlation degree of each rock mass sample was calculated,and the index weight coefficient under each measurement condition was determined by analytic hierarchy process.Finally,a comprehensive expression based on these four indexes was obtained to determine the blastability grade of rock mass.The results show that the blastability of rock mass in the western region is more difficult,and the blastability of rock mass in the eastern and southern regions is easier.On the basis of blastability classification,the prediction of explosive unit consumption for the eastern,southern,and western rock masses was carried out,which provided some guidance for the selection of blasting parameters.
