摘 要:为改善沿空留巷顶底板变形量大的问题,以丁集矿1462(1)轨道顺槽为研究对象,综合数值模拟和现场实测的方法,对巷道围岩变形规律进行分析。结果表明,随着超前工作面距离的增加,巷道围岩垂直位移出现不同程度的减小,超前工作面60~120m时,巷道围岩变形量在20cm以内;超前工作面60m以后,巷道围岩受采动影响程度低,逐渐趋于稳定,一次采动结束后工作面超前支承压力影响范围约为120m。提出侧向切顶卸压结合分段支护的方案治理巷道变形,数值模拟结果表明,该方案可使得巷道垂直向位移下降62.5%,验证了该方案的理论可行性,经现场应用后效果良好,顶底板间距增高率达44%,可为同类型巷道支护提供理论参考。In order to improve the large deformation of the roof and floor of the gob-side entry retaining,the 1462(1)track of Dingji Mine was taken as the research object.Through comprehensive numerical simulation and on-site measurement,the deformation laws of the roadway surrounding rocks were analyzed.The results show that as the distance between the advance working face increases,the vertical displacement of the surrounding rock of the roadway decreases to varying degrees.The deformation of the roadway surrounding rock from 60mto 120mahead of the working face is within 20cm,and after 60m ahead of the working face,the impact of mining on the roadway surrounding rock is low and gradually tends to stabilize.After the end of one mining operation,the influence range of advanced support pressure on the working face is about 120m.A scheme of lateral roof cutting and pressure releasing combined with segmented support was proposed to treat roadway deformation.The numerical simulation results show that this scheme can reduce the vertical displacement of the roadway by 62.5%,verifying its theoretical feasibility.After on-site application,the scheme has achieved good effect,with a 44%increase in the spacing between the roof and floor,which can provide a theoretical reference for the support of similar roadways.
