摘 要:高温超导非晶合金变压器(HTSAMDT)铁芯的工作环境与传统硅钢型变压器完全不同,传统纤维素油纸不适用于HTSAMDT,寻找适用液氮环境的绝缘材料亟待解决。聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜是一种具备优异介电、机械、耐高低温等性能的材料,但现在国内外缺乏其在HTSAMDT的工况应用中的研究,为了填补相关研究的空白,本文开展了纳米复合PI薄膜在HTSAMDT模拟工况中的研究。本文采用原位聚合法制备纳米Al_(2)O_(3)、TiO_(2)复合PI薄膜,且纳米粒子的填充量为0wt%,1wt%,3wt%,5wt%,7wt%,厚度为25μm和50μm。研究不同质量分数、厚度、工况环境对纳米复合PI薄膜表面电阻率和局部放电场强(PDIV)的影响,得出纳米复合PI薄膜的表面电阻率、PDIV值均大于纯PI薄膜,25μm薄膜表面电阻率、PDIV值均要大于50μm薄膜,液氮工况测得的表面电阻率、PDIV值均要大于常温结果。The working environment of HTSAMDT core is completely different from that of traditional silicon steel transformer.Traditional cellulose paper is not suitable for HTSAMDT,so it is urgent to find insulation materials suitable for liquid nitrogen environment.Polyimide(PI)film is a kind of material with excellent dielectric,mechanical,high and low temperature resistance and other properties,but there is a lack of research on its application in HTSAMDT working conditions at home and abroad.In order to fill the gap in relevant research,this paper carried out research on nano-composite PI film in HTSAMDT simulated working conditions.In this paper,nano-Al_2(O)_(3)and TiO_(2)composite PI films were prepared by in-situ polymerization method,and the filling amount of nanoparticles was 0 wt%,1 wt%,3 wt%,5 wt%,7 wt%,and the thickness was 25μm and 50μm.The effects of different mass fraction,thickness and working environment on surface resistivity and partial discharge field strength(PDIV)of nanocomposite PI films were studied.It was concluded that the surface resistivity and PDIV value of nanocomposite PI films are both greater than that of pure PI films,and the surface resistivity and PDIV value of 25μm films are both greater than that of 50μm films.The surface resistivity and PDIV values measured under liquid nitrogen condition are higher than those at normal temperature.
