摘　　要：目的探究早期母婴皮肤接触对于剖宫产产妇心理状态以及母乳喂养行为的影响。方法选取我院2019年4月~2022年12月期间80例剖宫产产妇,根据随机数字表法分组。对照组40例给予常规剖宫产护理,观察组40例增加早期母婴皮肤接触干预,对比两组产妇心理状态:抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、母乳喂养自我效能量表(BSES)以及母乳喂养情况(首次母乳喂养成功率、早开奶成功率、首次出现觅食征象时间、首次吸吮乳头时间)。结果产后42d观察组SDS、SAS评分低于对照组,BSES评分、首次母乳喂养成功率、早开奶成功率高于对照组,首次吸吮乳头时间、首次出现觅食征象时间低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期母婴皮肤接触对剖宫产产妇干预,可有效提高母乳喂养行为,降低焦虑抑郁负面情绪。Objective To explore the impact of early maternal infant skin contact on the psychological status and breastfeeding behavior of postpartum women undergoing cesarean section.Methods 80 postpartum women undergoing cesarean section in our hospital from April 2019 to December 2022 were selected and grouped according to the random number table method.The control group of 40 cases received routine cesarean section care,while the observation group of 40 cases received early maternal and infant skin contact intervention.The psychological status[Self Rating Depres-sion Scale(SDS),Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)].Breastfeeding Self Efficacy Scale(BSES),and Breastfeeding action(success rate of first breastfeeding,success rate of early lactation,time of first foraging signs,and time of first nipple sucking)between two groups were compared.Results On the 42nd day postpartum,the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the BSES scores,success rate of first breast-feeding,and success rate of early lactation were higher than those of the control group.The time for first nipple suction and appearance of foraging signs were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Early maternal and infant skin contact can effectively improve breastfeeding behavior and reduce anxiety,depression,and negative emotions in postpartum women undergoing cesarean section.
