摘  要:针对路面压实监控系统存在的数据传输效率低,信号连贯性较差的问题,提出云边协同的智能监控系统。针对弱信号环境下的路面压实过程功能需求,提出云边协同计算系统的架构和场景交互部署方案。集成单基站RTK技术、加速度传感器和WiFi局域网技术等硬件要素,建立数据库、通信协议接口、参数实时监控模块和数据管理追溯模块的连接与设计。通过开展压路机碾压过程参数的实时采集传输试验,验证云边监控系统在高寒地区快速采集和反馈数据的可行性和有效性。试验结果表明,云边监控系统能够实现路面压实过程的实时通信、管理、统计和历史数据追溯,可作为施工单位提高道路建设质量和效率的压实监测平台。In view of the problems of low data transmission efficiency and poor signal coherence of the pavement compaction monitoring system,an intelligent monitoring system of cloud-edge collaboration is proposed.For the functional requirements of pavement compaction process under a weak signal environment,the architecture of the cloudedge collaboration computing system and scene interaction deployment scheme are proposed.The hardware elements such as the single-base station RTK technology,acceleration sensor and WiFi LAN technology are integrated,and the connection of the database,communication protocol interface,real-time parameter monitoring module and data management traceability module is established and designed.Through real-time collection and transmission tests of rolling process parameters of the roller,the feasibility and effectiveness of the cloud-edge monitoring system in rapidly collecting and feeding back data in the alpine region are verified.The test results show that the cloud-edge monitoring system can achieve real-time communication,management,statistics and historical data tracing of the pavement compaction process,which provides a compaction monitoring platform for the construction unit to improve the pavement construction quality and efficiency.
