摘  要:采用离散元软件EDEM分别对平地机在土壤和碎石两种介质中的作业过程进行仿真研究,并对铲掘深度、铲掘角度、铲掘速度和铲刀半径等因素的影响进行正交仿真分析。研究结果表明:平地机在作业过程中,铲刀水平方向受力大于垂直方向受力,满铲后,两个方向的受力保持稳定;在不同介质中作业,各影响因素的敏感性由大到小依次均为铲掘深度、铲掘角度、铲掘速度和铲刀半径,但各因素的影响程度有所差异;在碎石介质中,铲掘角度的选取应小于土壤介质,较小的铲掘角度有助于铲刀切入碎石介质,降低平地机的铲掘阻力;作业过程中,较小的铲掘速度有助于降低铲刀的冲击力,减少铲刀的磨损。建议在平地机作业时,根据实际工况进行正交仿真试验确定各因素参数的最佳组合,以降低平地机的铲掘阻力,提高铲掘性能。The discrete element software EDEM is used to simulate the operation process of the grader in soil and gravel media,and orthogonal simulation analysis is carried out on the influence of factors such as digging depth,digging angle,digging speed and blade radius.The research results show that the horizontal force on the blade is greater than the vertical force during the operation of the grader,and the force in both directions remains stable after full blade.During the operation in different media,the sensitivity of each influencing factors in descending order is digging depth,digging angle,digging speed and blade radius,but the influencing degree of each factor varies.In the gravel medium,the digging angle shall be smaller than that in the soil medium,and a smaller digging angle helps the blade to cut into the gravel medium and to reduce the digging resistance of the grader.During operation,a lower digging speed helps to reduce the impact force on the blade and to reduce the wear and tear of the blade.During the operation of the grader,orthogonal simulation tests can be carried out based on actual working conditions to determine the optimal combination of each factor parameter to reduce the digging resistance of the grader and to improve the digging performance.
