摘  要:针对某型高空作业平台,在主臂缩到底憋压的工况下,出现主臂瞬间上窜的异常现象进行分析,对各种可能原因逐一进行测试排查。结果表明,主控阀弹簧腔两侧不均压,使阀芯受力不平衡,从而推动阀芯,高压油窜到变幅工作油口,导致了异常现象。通过适当增大弹簧腔回油单向阀压力,同时优化阀块内部回油通道,有效解决了弹簧腔两侧不均压的问题。An analysis is conducted on the abnormal phenomenon of instantaneous upward movement of the main boom of an aerial work platform under the condition of retracting the main boom to the bottom for holding pressure,and various potential causes are tested and investigated one by one.The results show that the uneven pressure on both sides of the spring chamber of the main control valve causes unbalance force on the spool,thereby pushing the spool and the highpressure oil to flow to the variable amplitude work port,resulting in the abnormal phenomenon.By appropriately increasing the pressure of the return check valve of the spring chamber and optimizing the return channel inside the valve,the problem of uneven pressure on both sides of the spring chamber is effectively solved.
