摘　　要：隔膜压滤机是固液分离设备中的机械过滤设备,因隔膜压滤机在普通压滤机过滤的基础上具有二次压榨的功能,故可以有效降低滤饼含水率,在污泥深度脱水行业得到了广泛的应用。隔膜压滤机的核心过滤部件是隔膜滤板,在隔膜滤板的质量检测中,隔膜滤板的腔室密封性强度检验是最重要的一项检测,在该项检测中,需要用到专用腔室密封性强度检验设备。现用于生产的腔室密封性强度检验设备没有经过系统的强度校核与优化,造成了材料的浪费及安全隐患。根据隔膜滤板特殊的工作环境和工作压力,使用Pro/E三维软件辅助设计隔膜滤板腔室密封性强度检验设备机身结构,并采用有限元方法,利用Pro/Mechanica模块对腔室密封性强度检验设备机身设计结构进行分析,在施加设计载荷条件下进行仿真计算,得到腔室密封性强度检验设备机身在受到载荷条件下的应力分布云图和关键部位的变形情况,对腔室密封性强度检验设备机身结构进行强度校核和结构优化,为最优设计结构的确定提供了可靠的依据,降低了设备使用过程中的安全隐患且避免了生产设备的材料浪费。Diaphragm filter press is the mechanical filtration equipment in the solid-liquid separation equipment.Because the diaphragm filter press has the function of secondary pressing on the basis of filtration of the ordinary filter press,it can effectively reduce the water content of the filter cake and has been widely used in the deep sludge dewatering industry.The core filtration component of the diaphragm filter press is the diaphragm filter plate.In the quality inspection of diaphragm filter plates,the chamber sealing strength testing is the most important one,in which dedicated chamber sealing strength testing equipment is required.The current chamber sealing strength testing equipment used in production has not undergone systematic strength check and optimization,resulting in material waste and potential risks.Based on the special working environment and working pressure of the diaphragm filter plate,the three-dimensional software Pro/E is used to assist in the design of the structure of the chamber sealing strength testing equipment for the diaphragm filter plate.With the finite element method,the module Pro/Mechanica is used to analyze the designed structure of the chamber sealing strength testing equipment.Simulation calculations are conducted under the condition of applying design loads to obtain the stress distribution nephogram of the body of the chamber sealing strength testing equipment under the load condition and the deformation of key parts.Strength check and structural optimization are carried out for the structure of the chamber sealing strength testing equipment,which provides a reliable basis for determining the optimal design structure,reduces potential risks during operation of the equipment and avoids material waste for equipment production.
