摘 要:为了改善平衡重式叉车驾驶环境,提升驾驶员工作舒适性及工作效率,通过工作环境和流程的比较分析,确定人机工程问题。基于工程实际数据,建立驾驶室人机工程分析系统。以JACK软件为工具,对叉车座椅设计的H点进行界定,分析可达域、下背部受力、关节舒适度及作业静态强度等驾驶影响因素。根据分析结果对座椅的高度、靠背与座面角度、前后可调距离等参数进行设计优化。结果表明:通过人机工程设计,有效提升了驾驶员完成特定动作比例、双手可达域范围及工作舒适度,使人车达到最佳匹配状态。To improve the driving environment of counterbalanced forklift trucks and enhance the comfort and efficiency of the driver,a comparative analysis of the working environment and process is conducted to identify the ergonomics issues.Based on actual engineering data,a cab ergonomics analysis system is established.With software JACK as a tool,the H-point of forklift truck seat design is defined,and then influencing factors on driving such as reachable range,lower back force,joint comfort and operational static intensity are analyzed.Based on the analysis results,parameters such as seat height,angle between the backrest and seat and adjustable distance between the front and rear are designed and optimized.The results show that ergonomics design can effectively improve the proportion of specific actions completed by the driver,reachable range of both hands and work comfort,enabling the best matching state between the driver and the truck.
