摘　　要：介绍稀浆封层机的基本组成,以及目前国内使用稀浆封层机的两种结构,即整体式结构和独立式结构,同时介绍以可编程控制器为核心的开环控制系统和以运动控制器为核心的闭环控制系统,说明两种控制系统的元件、功能和控制流程,分析两种控制系统的特点和不足。针对目前缺少专业操作人员等影响施工质量的情况,提出继续加强稀浆封层机自动化水平的研究方向。The basic composition of the slurry seal machine is introduced,as well as two structures of the slurry seal machine currently used in China,integral structure and independent structure.The open-loop control system with the programmable controller as the core and the closed-loop control system with the motion controller as the core are introduced,the components,functions and control processes of the two control systems are described,and the characteristics and shortcomings of the two control systems are analyzed.In view of the current shortage of professional operators affecting the construction quality,the research direction of continuing to enhance the automation level of the slurry seal machine is proposed.
