某型飞机主轮刹车弯接头裂纹分析及修复研究

摘  要:飞机主机轮刹车系统弯接头的主要作用是不间断传递刹车所需的液压压力,以实现主机轮的刹车功能。对飞机进行地面检查时发现弯接头存在纵向穿透性裂纹故障,为分析裂纹产生的原因,开展裂纹宏观观察、断口宏微观分析、能谱分析、金相分析及硬度分析等失效分析,结果表明该裂纹为应力腐蚀导致。开展弯接头修复工作,并通过耐压试验和气压泄漏试验,验证了修复方案的可靠性。The main function of the elbow of the main wheel brake system of the aircraft is to uninterruptedly transmit the hydraulic pressure required for braking to achieve the braking function of the main wheel.During ground inspection of the aircraft,a longitudinal penetr ating crack was found in the elbow.To analyze the cause of the crack,failure analysis such as macroscopic observation of the crack,macro-microanalysis of the fracture,energy spectrum analysis,metallographic analysis and hardness analysis were carried out,and the results showed that the crack was caused by stress corrosion.Repair work was carried out on the elbow,and through pressure tests and pressure leakage tests,the reliability of the repair plan was verified.
