摘　　要：针对某新型稀浆封层机在开发过程中出现的石料马达启动阶段转速问题,基于马达的驱动和控制原理,阐述从马达转速的信号检测到控制逻辑再到控制条件的排查处理过程和思路,最终问题得以解决,满足基本使用要求。In view of the rotational speed problem of the stone motor at the start-up stage of a new slurry seal machine during development,based on the motor drive and control principles,the processes and ideas of troubleshooting and handling from signal detection of the rotational speed of the motor to the control logic and then to the control conditions are elaborated,and finally the problem is solved to meet the basic operation requirements.
