摘  要:在提高石墨材料高温抗氧化性能的各种方法中,溶液浸渍法的工艺操作简单,成本相对低廉,保护效果较好,因此选择了磷酸盐溶液作为浸渍液,并按照试样清洗、干燥、加热浸渍、热处理等流程,让石墨材料表面形成抗氧化涂层,同时进行了高温抗氧化实验。实验中探究了浸渍时间、表面活性剂添加量、热处理、热处理终温4个变量对抗氧化性能的影响。结果表明,除了热处理终温这一因素外,其他3个因素对石墨材料的抗氧化性能均有明显影响。其中,浸渍时间为30 min、表面活性剂添加量为8 m L、有热处理的情况下,石墨材料形成的涂层最佳,抗氧化性能最好。Among the various methods for improving the oxidation resistance of graphite materials at high temperature,the solution impregnation method operates simply and has good protection effect with relatively low cost.The phosphate solution is selected as the impregnation solution to make the surface of graphite materials form oxidation resistance coating after sample cleaning,drying,heating impregnation,heat treatment and other pro-cesses,and the high temperature oxidation resistance experiment is also carried out.The effects of impregnation time,surfactant addition,heat treatment and final heat treatment temperature on the oxidation resistance are investigated.The results show that the other three factors have obvious effects on the oxidation resistance of graphite materials,except the final heat treatment temperature.The graphite material forms the best coating with the best oxidation resistance when the impregnation time is 30 min and the amount of surfactant is 8 mL in the presence of heat treatment.
