摘 要:为改善透水钢筋混凝土结构的应用效果,分析了刚性聚丙烯纤维改性透水钢筋混凝土结构力学性能。制备了刚性聚丙烯纤维添加量分别为0%、0.3%、0.6%以及0.9%的C1、C2、C3、C4组试件,通过拉拔试验、侵蚀环境下轴向拉伸试验、劈裂抗拉强度试验以及收缩性能测试,分析每种试件的力学性能。经力学性能试验分析可知:未添加刚性聚丙烯纤维改性的C1组试件随着龄期的增长收缩量较大,会逐渐影响其力学性能,且该组试件劈裂抗拉强度、粘结应力、粘结强度等指标在4组试件中均处于最小水平,在碱环境侵蚀下,C1组试件的抗拉强度保留率呈现迅速下降趋势;当透水钢筋混凝土经纤维改性后,纤维添加量为0.6%的C3组试件可以始终保持最高的劈裂强度与粘结强度,且该组试件的滞回耗能保持在最小水平,当受到外部环境侵蚀时,依然可以保持较高的粘结效果。可以看出添加0.6%纤维改性剂可以使透水钢筋混凝土保持最佳力学性能。In order to improve the application effect of permeable reinforced concrete structure,the mechanical properties of rigid polypropylene fiber modified permeable reinforced concrete structure are analyzed.The C1,C2,C3 and C4 group of specimens with 0%,0.3%,0.6% and 0.9% rigid polypropylene fiber are prepared,and the mechanical properties of each specimen are analyzed through the drawing test,axial tensile test in corrosive environment,splitting tensile strength test and shrinkage test.Through the analysis of mechanical properties test,it is concluded that the shrinkage of C1 group specimens modified without rigid polypropylene fiber is large with the increase of age,which will gradually affect their mechanical properties,and the splitting tensile strength,bonding stress,bonding strength and other indicators of this group of specimens are at the minimum level a-mong the four groups of specimens,and the tensile strength retention rate of C1 group specimens shows a rapid decline trend in the alkali erosion environment;When the permeable reinforced concrete is modified with fiber,the C3 group of specimens with 0.6% fiber content can always maintain the highest splitting strength and bonding strength,and the hysteretic energy consumption of this group of specimens keeps at the minimum level.When it is corroded by external environment,it can still maintain a high bonding effect.It can be seen that adding 0.6% fiber modifier can keep the best mechanical properties of permeable reinforced concrete.
