摘 要:新生儿复苏培训是提高复苏技能,降低新生儿窒息发病率及死亡率的重要方式。本研究结合培训前的问卷调查设计新生儿复苏情境模拟教学方案,结果显示88.71%的机构定期组织新生儿复苏培训,59.68%的医护人员对新生儿复苏流程熟练掌握,影响复苏熟练程度的最大因素是缺乏专业指导及实践机会少。69.35%的人参加过新生儿复苏情境模拟培训,情境模拟教学能模拟真实的临床环境,让学员身临其境,提高培训学员处理问题,解决问题的能力。Neonatal resuscitation training is an important way to improve resuscitation skills and reduce the morbidity and mortality of neonatal asphyxia.This study combined with the questionnaire before the training to design a simulated teaching program for neonatal resuscitation.The results showed that 88.71% of the institutions regularly organized neonatal resuscitation training,59.68% of the doctors and nurses were proficient in the process of neonatal resuscitation.The most important factor affecting the level of proficiency in resuscitation was the lack of professional guidance and the lack of practical opportunities.69.35% of the students had taken part in the simulated training of neonatal resuscitation.The simulated teaching can simulate the real clinical environment,let the students be in the real situation and improve the students' ability to deal with and solve problems.
