摘  要:针对材料化学综合实验本科教学,以学生掌握吸水性水凝胶的制备、表征和性能测定方法为目的,以安全、实验历程适合课堂教学为原则,以羧甲基纤维素钠、丙烯酰胺和N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为主要原料,采用自由基接枝聚合的方法,制备了尿素缓释凝胶。利过傅里叶变换红外光谱对水凝胶的化学结构进行了表征,采用淋溶法测定了尿素缓释凝胶的缓释性能。该实验安全性高,易实施,操作难度适中,为材料化学相关本科实验教学提供参考。With the aim that students mastering the preparation,characterization and property measurement methods of absorbent hydrogels in the comprehensive experimental undergraduate teaching of materials chemistry,based on the principle of safety and suitable experimental process for classroom teaching,urea slow-release gel was prepared by free radical grafting polymerization using sodium carboxymethyl cellulose,acrylamide and N,N-methylene bisacrylamide as main raw materials.The chemical composition of hydrogels was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The sustained-release properties of urea sustained-release gels were determined by leaching method.The experiment has the advantages of high safety,easy to implement and moderate operation difficulty,which can provide reference for the undergraduate experimental teaching of material chemistry.
