应用养阴清热法治疗月经先期的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨养阴清热法治疗月经先期患者的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月收治的月经先期患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用地屈孕酮治疗,观察组使用养阴清热法(两地汤)治疗,两组均治疗1个疗程。比较两组治疗效果、中医症候积分、孕酮(P)、基础体温、月经周期及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医症候积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组P水平、高温评分(HPS)均提高,且观察组高于对照组;两组月经提前天数均减少,且观察组少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均无不良反应发生。结论:月经先期患者采用养阴清热法治疗效果满意,可有效改善患者的月经周期、P水平,提高基础体温,且安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the effect of nourishing yin and clearing heat in the treatment of patients with premenstrual period.Methods:A total of 80 patients with premenstruation admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into 2 groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dydrogesterone,and the observation group was treated with yin-clearing heat method(liangdi decoction),both groups were treated for 1 course of treatment.The therapeutic effect,TCM symptom score,progesterone(P),basal body temperature,menstrual cycle and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),after treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the level of P and high temperature phase scoring(HPS)were increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The days of menstruation earlier in both groups were decreased,and the observation group was less than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).No adverse reaction occurred in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion:The treatment effect of nourishing Yin and clearing heat in patients with premenstrual period is satisfactory,which can effectively improve the menstrual cycle,P level and basal body temperature,and has high safety.
