摘 要:高炉喷煤是替代昂贵的冶金焦,降低生产成本,提高生产效率的有效手段之一。作为能源密集型的钢铁企业,随着优质喷吹煤资源的日益枯竭及采购成本持续高位运行,高炉发掘高比例低阶煤喷吹技术一方面能够降低企业的生产成本,提高行业内竞争力;另一方面可以消纳大量的低阶煤资源,保障冶金行业的用能安全。粒煤喷吹技术作为众多低阶煤应用的代表性技术之一,已经在国内外的高炉上进行了充分的实践论证。首先介绍了高炉高比例烟煤喷吹的发展状况,接着分析了高炉喷吹粒煤技术的关键难题、国内外应用案例、国内外操作实践对比及经济效益,最后展望了其在钢铁行业的应用前景,并进行了可行性分析。Blast furnace coal injection is one of the effective tools to replace expensive metallurgical coke,reduce production costs and improve production efficiency.As energy-intensive iron and steel enterprises,with the increasing depletion of high-quality injecting coal resources and continued high purchasing costs,the blast furnace to explore a high ratio of low rank coal injection technology on the one hand can reduce production costs to improve the competitiveness of the industry;on the other hand,it can consume a large amount of low rank coal resources to protect the energy security of the metallurgical industry.Granular coal injection technology as one of the representative technologies for many low rank coal applications has been fully demonstrated in practice on blast furnaces at home and abroad.The development status of blast furnace high ratio low rank coal injection were firstly introduced,then the key challenges of blast furnace granular coal injection technology,domestic and foreign application cases,domestic and foreign operation practice comparison and economic benefits were analyzed,and finally its application prospects in the iron and steel enterprises and conducts feasibility analysis were looked forward.
