摘 要:河北省某乡镇新建市政污水集中处理工程,设计近期规模6 000 m^(3)/d,由污水处理厂、人工湿地以及配套污水管网等组成,污水处理厂出水经人工湿地进一步处理后排放河道,总排放口出水水质执行地表水准Ⅱ类标准。针对该工程排放标准较高、冬季低温稳定运行难度较大等特点,设计污水处理厂采用多级AO-MBR+臭氧催化氧化的工艺流程,人工湿地采用水平潜流湿地与温室大棚相结合的形式。工程建成后已连续运行6个月,总出水COD、NH_(3)-N、TN、TP月均浓度范围分别为12.9~14.4、0.16~0.43、6.77~8.77、0.06~0.08 mg/L。介绍了该工程工艺流程及主要构筑物工艺参数、池型布置及设计特点。A new centralized municipal sewage treatment project with a design short-term scale of 6000 m^(3)/d in a township of Hebei province was composed,which includes a wastewater treatment plant,a constructed wetland and a supporting sewage pipe network.The effluent from the wastewater treatment plant is further treated by the constructed wetland and then discharged into the river.The effluent quality at the main discharge outlet shall comply with the quasi-class II standard of surface water.In view of the strict discharge standard and the difficulty of stable operation at low temperatures in winter,the multi-stage AO-MBR+Ozone catalytic oxidation process is designed for the wastewater treatment plant,and the constructed wetland adopts the form of a horizontal subsurface flow wetland combined with greenhouse.After the completion of the project,it has been running continuously for 6 months,and the monthly average concentration ranges of COD,NH_(3)-N,TN and TP in total effluent are 12.9~14.4,0.16~0.43,6.77~8.77 and 0.06~0.08 mg/L respectively.The process flow,process parameters of main structures,pool layout and design characteristics of the project are introduced.
