摘  要:船舶油污水的污染会对环境、生态系统、人类健康和经济造成严重的危害,需要采取有效的治理措施,本项目主体工艺采用预处理+臭氧+AO+MBR组合工艺处理船舶油污水,预处理工艺段消除油污水中大部分的石油类和硫化物,再利用臭氧氧化破坏油污水中的有毒物质,氧化并分解污水中难降解的有机物,有利于后续的生化反应;最后利用AO生化+MBR去除污水中的COD、TN、TP等污染物,使得COD出水为400 mg/L以下,COD去除率为85%,TN出水控制在30 mg/L以下,去除率在80%以上,TP出水在4 mg/L以下,去除率在60%,硫化物和石油类出水,分别可达到0.3 mg/L和1 mg/L以下,该出水指标优于当地《污水综合排放标准》(DB 31/199-2018)三类标准,可为国内同类项目工程应用可提供参考。The pollution of ship oil and sewage will cause serious harm to the environment,ecosystems,human health and economy.Effective governance measures are needed.The main process of this project uses preparation+ozone+AO+MBR combination process to deal with the ship's oil and sewage,pre-processing processing Most of the oil and sulfides in the oil sewage eliminate the oil sewage,and then use ozone oxidation to destroy the toxic substances in the oil sewage,oxidize and decompose organic substances that are difficult to degrade in the sewage,which is conducive to subsequent biochemical reactions.Finally In the COD,TN,TP and other pollutants,the COD water output is less than 400 mg/L,the COD removal rate is 85%,the TN water out of water is controlled below 30 mg/L,the removal rate is more than 80%,the TP water is below 4 mg/L below 4 mg/L below 4 mg/L.The removal rate is 60%,the sulfide concentration and petroleum concentration in the effluent can reach below 0.3 mg/L and 1 mg/L respectively.The water output indicator is better than the three types of standards of the local"Comprehensive Sewage Emissions Standards"(DB31/199-2018),which can provide reference for the application of similar projects in China.
